East Jakarta Dukcapil Serves 195 Kebon Pala Residents Through Mobile Adminduk Service

It was recorded that 195 residents of RW 05 Kebon Pala, Makasar, had been served at door-to-door population administration (adminduk) service held by East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency on Thursday (1/13).

RW 05 Kebon Pala will be a pilot project to meet the needs of residents regarding population administration documents

East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency Head, Nurrahman conveyed that door-to-door adminduk service in the region was carried out as a part of Population Administration Awareness Village (Kamsa) program in order to create an orderly population administration data. In this service, residents can directly ask for e-KTP recording and other population administration document issuance.

"RW 05 Kebon Pala will be a pilot project to meet the needs of residents regarding population administration documents. So, residents must report any births or residents who come and move out of the area," he said.

Dukcapil Agency Provides Adminduk Service at Jakarta City Hall Until Tomorrow

East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency's Registration Section Head, Pujiyanti informed, from total 195 residents served in this door-to-door service, there were 27 residents who asked for family card (KK) issuance, 33 residents asked for printing e-ID card (e-KTP), 19 residents asked for printing KIA, 5 residents for birth certificate issuance, and 6 residents for death certificate issuance.

Moreover, there were 17 residents who asked for consultation, 79 residents for KK, KIA, and e-KTP distribution, 3 residents for mutation or change in biodata, 2 residents for marriage certificate, one resident who requested for transfer letter from outside Jakarta, and 3 residents asked to change their photos.

"We deploy 6 personnel in this service," she added.

According to her, this mobile KTP service will continue to provide adminduk service in different locations. Thus Kamsa program could also run optimally in other areas.
